Photography Workshop – Part Two

The second day, the wonderful Heather Coburn documented some of the workshop (we have some video too, but I’ll get to that later).   Here are some behind-the-scenes and finished images.

Emphasizing baby safety.

Baby Safety
This was one of the composites I set up.  Baby was quite fussy at this moment, but she soothed fairly easily.  She was one month old (but less than 6 pounds, I know, WOW! :))  Our baby safety measures here were – the prop is quite heavy, but we placed sand bags at the base anyway.  My assistant was right there and even touching the baby the entire time. Speaking of touching, baby did not like any of the bare wood touching her, so we had to modify this quite a bit.

Newborn Safety
Finally, after some PhotoShop work, the first composite of the day….
